Mentor it Forward® is a not-for-profit organisation focused on mentoring, employability, and professional development. We connect professionals, organisations, and education partners to strengthen pathways from learning into meaningful employment. Through structured mentoring programs, industry collaboration, and capability development initiatives, Mentor it Forward® supports aspiring professionals while enabling organisations to contribute to community impact, workforce development, and social impact initiatives. Our focus areas include: Professional Mentoring Connecting aspiring professionals with experienced mentors who provide guidance, industry insight, and career perspective. Employment Inclusivity Programs designed to strengthen employability for individuals facing barriers to entering the workforce, supporting confidence, readiness, and industry exposure. Industry & Education Partnerships Collaboration with universities, training providers, and organisations to bridge the gap between education and workforce expectations. Workshops & Capability Development Practical workshops focused on communication, problem solving, time management, and professional skills. Community Engagement & Industry Collaboration A growing network of mentors, volunteers, partners, and professionals contributing knowledge and supporting emerging talent. Partnering with Mentor it Forward® Organisations partner with Mentor it Forward® through corporate partnerships, sponsorships, mentoring participation, and community initiatives that support professional development and employability. These partnerships enable organisations to contribute to CSR and ESG priorities, support community engagement, and create meaningful opportunities for emerging professionals to access guidance, networks, and industry insight.
