It’s about helping you understand what is really going on beneath the situation so you can respond with intention, steadiness and judgement. Why this matters to me Before coaching, I spent my career in global operations, supply chain and organisational leadership across complex and fast-moving environments including scale-ups and international businesses. I understand targets, accountability, politics, delivery pressure and the weight of decisions affecting both people and performance. Coaching for me isn’t abstract — it sits inside the reality of business. That background shapes how I work: supportive but honest reflective but practical human but outcome aware I work from the UK and Portugal and online internationally.
