The company was formed to undertake the strategic workout of £400m of assets which, at the time, were frozen in receivership. By 2005 we had built up a portfolio of additional assets requiring development expertise and capital funding to transform them into valuable mixed-use developments and regeneration projects. We continue to focus on regeneration and development transactions with capital values of over £30 million, working with a team of partners and consultants to maximise their potential and benefit all stakeholders.
