[M]enable is a global movement across the Automotive Industry that is bringing together like minded people in the support of growing Mental wealth and so reducing mental health issues. We approach this area proactively, by creating a culture in the sector that encourages psychological safety, removes stigmas and breaks the silence - especially in the male dominated world of the motor industry. We believe that treating the symptoms of a lack of mental wealth is too late and so for businesses to sustain growth, improve performance and engage their teams, the issues and stresses, should be discussed sooner.
