Memtell Information

Memtell stands for Memory Tell, an online memory telling software application for the Web, iPhone, iPad, iPod, Android and Windows Phone devices. Memtell lets you easily create, share and preserve memories on the cloud for free. The intent at Memtell is to capture the emotion behind photographs and present it in a way that could be reminisced daily and for ages to come. The initial user group we are focussed on are the "mothers" who run past a lot of memories everyday with the whole family. Another interesting group we are engaging with are the patients suffering from Dementia for whom Memtell could be a therapy to uplift the mood and also help in improving their memory over time. How does Memtell work? Memtell is an easy to use Mobile application that runs on your iOS, Android and Windows Phone. Creating a memory involved 3 simple steps 1. Select Photos 2. Record your Memory 3. Save With a proven Followers / Following networking model, Memtell takes sharing and connecting memories to the next level. Memories can be created as Public or Private and a user can also share Private Memories explicitly with selected people in the network or using his phone contacts. Why Memtell? Often photos have stories behind them, the emotion gets dissolved with time and the photos worth a thousand goose bumps become mere objects in the cloud, tucked away like that old shoe box in the attic. Memtell lets you preserve that emotion using the special touch of voice that makes sure the memory is shared and cherished a lot more than just a photograph. Imagine reliving the moment when your kid learned to ride a bike or when you reached the summit of a mountain in Nepal or your kid's first words, your grandfather's road trip from the 80's or even how you partied last weekend? Use Memtell and start capturing memories :)
