Retailers have long relied on informal memo processes built on trusted relationships, manual tracking, and fragmented tools. It works, but it wasn’t designed to scale. MEMO introduces a structured layer around client memo, giving retailers clear control and visibility from send to decision. At its core, MEMO functions as a custody layer for high-value commerce, ensuring each piece is tracked, accounted for, and managed with precision throughout the client lifecycle. We're currently working with select retailers operating at the intersection of high value and high trust.
