MEMMCOL is the first and only digital electricity meters factory in Nigeria. Located on the outskirts of Lagos, our state of the art facility spans 80,000 square feet of manufacturing plant, complete with Surface Mount Technology, Reflow Soldering, Injection Moulding machines, Calibration Test Benches, Environment Assessment Chamber and Printed Circuit Lab. The production capacity is 100,000 units per month. Present across the entire value chain of energy metering, MEMMCOL has also grown a successful enterprise business application department. Our team of 15 skilled engineers have developed several business-critical enterprise applications, in the areas of Meter Data Collection, Meter Data Management, Billing and Prepayment Vending Systems. Since 2011, seven completed implementations among the various PHCN Distribution Companies demonstrate our recent but unmatched track-record. Today, one in four PHCN electricity consumers in Nigeria has his meter readings processed every month by MEMMCOL systems, and gets billed or purchases prepaid energy from our systems.
