How MELÒ Cosmetica was born Our inspiration comes from a millennia-old fruit, called "punica granatum" more commonly known as "Pomegranate". It is a plant belonging to the Lythraceae family (formerly in Punicaceae), native to the region between Iran and the Himalayan range, present since ancient times in the Caucasus and in the entire Mediterranean scrub. Its fruit is called pomegranate. By informing ourselves and interacting very carefully with experts in the sector, we have discovered that this "super-fruit" is not only an excellent and beneficial drink, but is also rich in soothing and regenerating antioxidant properties for the skin. From there, we came up with the idea of creating a pomegranate-based line, exploiting its full potential and thus giving the customer the opportunity to know and experience firsthand all the benefits of this fruit on their skin.
