MRLC is a non-profit regional non-government organization in the Mekong Region. The MRLC's head office is located in Bangkok. The MRLC operates, through the Mekong Region Law Center Foundation (MRLCF) established under the law of Thailand. The operation of the MRLC is carried out in accordance with the law of Thailand and under the guidance and supervision of MRLC Charter, the MRLC Board of Trustees and the MRLCF Board of Directors. The MRLC's counter-parts in Mekong region countries are the Cambodian Ministry of Justice, the Lao Ministry of Justice and the Vietnam Lawyers' Association.
