To execute this strategy, in 2014 "Mego" acquired IKI retail chain thus becoming even more competitive Latvian market player. With high professionalism, we serve more than 120 000 satisfied customers daily. Mego stores are located in the largest Latvian cities: Riga, Daugavpils, Liepja, Jelgava, Jrmala, Ventspils, Rezekne, Ogre, Valmiera, Jekabpils, Tukums, Salaspils, Cesis, Ludza, Sigulda, Talsi and Bauska. We constantly seek ways how to be closer to you, our dear customer! Thus, we analyze market trends and consumer habits, we chose the best and varied products, so you can always find on our shelves the thing your heart longs for! Mego ensures both high quality of products and service. In 2015 company Dive in its research of retail sector customer service quality listed Mego in third place. In this study, so called "mystery shoppers" were evaluating such criteria as tidiness and order in the shops, staff courtesy, responsiveness, interest in customer needs and competence for customer service procedures [Dive 2015]. Mego team has more than 2500 employees and we are one of the biggest social taxpayers in the country. In 2017 Mego was listed 147th in day business newspaper's Dienas Bizness Company TOP500 with a total revenue turnover in 2015 EUR 47.96 millions.
