Zenith Elite Gymnastics Academy offers training and competition within artistic gymnastics. Our competitive program is divided into two sections: Compulsory Team and Optional Team. We welcome gymnasts at all levels. Zenith offers J.O. (Junior Olympic), TOPS, Hopes, Pre-Elite and Elite programs, regulated by USAG. USAG is the sole national governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States. This designation comes from the U.S. Olympic Committee, and the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG). Notably at the Optional level, these programs require one to two trainings per day, five to six days a week typically. Zenith also offers the TAAF (Texas Amateur Athletic Federation) and lately Xcel programs. These programs are fitted to combine challenge and fitness, while allowing the gymnasts the time to commit to other activities beside gymnastics. Zenith Elite Gymnastics Academy is by invite ONLY.
