Horizon Capital is a “boutique” Property and Corporate Finance House based in Cape Town. Horizon’s services include property investment, management and development; business sales and acquisitions; and raising finance to facilitate these services.
Horizon Capital Commercial Property (HCCP) provides a comprehensive commercial property investment and management service. HCCP specializes in the building and management of directly-owned, diversified commercial property portfolios for its High Net Worth clients, with the objective of long term wealth creation.
Typical clients are successful business people who wish to diversify their investments to achieve a high yield along with capital growth, or retirees who wish to receive a monthly income while enjoying capital security. In order to create a sufficiently diversified commercial property portfolio, clients are required to have a minimum of R5 million to invest over a few properties.
HCCP specializes in investing in Cape Town, as we have experience in this market and are able to manage the properties effectively.
HCCP undertakes its own property development to supplement the supply of niche, top-quality investment properties; using its investment and property management experience to provide properties it believes will deliver exceptional returns to its clients. HCCP also provides tailored property development services to specific end-users or investors who wish to become development partners.
At Foundation, we acquire, design, build, and manage our own apartments. Just well-located, well-run homes built for the people who actually live in them.
