Medtimes Health is building a new kind of healthcare company: technology-native, clinically grounded and designed around the continuous health journey of every patient. We believe healthcare should be more connected, accessible, personalised and easier to navigate. Patients should not have to manage disconnected appointments, clinical records, diagnostic services, treatment plans and follow-ups on their own. Our vision is to build a distributed healthcare system where technology connects patients, healthcare professionals, clinical facilities and physical care delivery into one coordinated experience. Through Medtimes Health, patients can access personalised healthcare, consultations, preventive health programmes, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgical care coordination and recovery support. Our digital health experience, My Medtimes, brings together personal health information, care journeys, treatment plans and continuing support, helping patients understand their health and take meaningful steps towards better outcomes. Through Medtimes Developers, we are building Clinical Backend as a Service (CBaaS), enabling approved third-party applications, healthcare businesses and digital platforms to connect to governed clinical workflows through our APIs. This means other innovators can build healthcare experiences without having to independently recreate every component of the clinical infrastructure required to support them. Founded by Phiwa Nkambule and Dr Rosemary Pitsi, Medtimes combines technology entrepreneurship with clinical experience and a shared commitment to reimagining how healthcare is organised and delivered. Our ambition extends beyond digitising existing healthcare processes.
