MedTech Color (MTC) is a 501(c)(3) that aims to advance the representation of people of color in the Medtech ecosystem by providing a professional home, fostering leadership excellence, and driving innovative solutions that improve health outcomes for patients of color. Our Goals: Professional Home: Become the destination for people of color in the Medtech network through thought leadership and the development of community. Foster Excellence: Create a pathway for high-potential people of color, C-Suite leaders, and key decision-makers to excel and be recognized. Drive Solutions: Address the gap and grow the number of people of color participants in clinical trials and use of Medtech products.
