MedTech Bioscience, LLC is a Biotechnology company that has developed a portfolio of the next generation of biosensors. Based on our patented platforms, MedTech has created a diagnostic point of care testing platform as accurate as costly and timely laboratory work. Our POC biosensors are testing platforms for the detection of drugs, chemical contamination, and diseases. These products are highly accurate, more efficient, and are greatly simplified over existing systems. Our technology will lead to a family of other POC biosensors. A smart polymer, used in a hand held device, that exhibits a bright color changes in the presence of a foreign substance and can be recognized by any user without advanced training. This fits a global need for accuracy in the areas of a hand held devices for early detection of contaminants in third world countries (such as bacteria, metals, and viral toxins in water) as well as more sophisticated detection such as illegal drug substances (in urine, sweat, liquor) by an easily recognized color change. The specificity and sensitivity meets the requirements for federal testing of any substance.
