MEDPAK is a nonprofit association created in 1993 by parents of children with disabilities in Librazhd, to protect the rights of their children, and extended its activities throughout Albania. In 1994 we opened a day care center for children with disabilities in Librazhd. In 1996, we trained special education teachers . In September 1996 we opened a special class of integrated education for children with disabilities in elementary school "Genc Leka" Librazhd.
