Meditron Inc is a Private Limited Liability Company. Although the company was incorporated in December 2011, it has officially put into operation on January 2015. Meditron Inc was incorporated to absorb and carry on the business operation of Meditron Scientific Sales and Biomedical Engineering and Electronic Services, two businesses that were registered under the Business Name Act of Guyana and operated as a sole trader by Mr Andrew Debidin. Biomedical Engineering and Electronic Services was registered and fully established in 1990, to provide preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs and certification to all medical diagnostic, laboratories, dental, X-ray and all other medical equipment within the public and private health sector in Guyana and the Caribbean. The business was firstly located at Seaforth Street, Campbellville then moved to Quamina Street, and is now located on Sheriff Street. Meditron Scientific Sales was established in 2001 to be the leading and premier business supplying medical equipment and supplies. The decision to enter into sale of medical equipment and products was based on the knowledge gap that exists between the then Suppliers on what was good and needed for the Health Sector. Aim
