Medicus Biosciences is a privately held biotechnology company developing products from HyFlex, a proprietary hydrogel platform technology, for use in human and animal health. The company’s commercial portfolio of veterinary device products include SutureSeal, Membra, Membra Silver, and Membra ABX, for advanced wound care in companion animals, horses, and zoo/exotic species. The Medicus regulated product development program uses the HyFlex technology as a sustained drug delivery vehicle in human ophthalmic products and combination products for osteoarthritis, ophthalmic care and otitis externa in dogs.
