As part of their on-going commitment to radiologists and to improve the early detection of colorectal cancer, Medicsight have developed an automated insufflator for use with CT colonography procedures. MedicCO2LON 1.0 is a customisable, automated CO2 insufflator developed in consultation with leading CTC centres worldwide. The unit is designed with a unique LCD touch-screen for ease of use, supporting clinicians in achieving optimal colonic distension whilst minimising patient discomfort during CT-colonography procedures.
