Media Learning International, LLC (MLI) is an intellectual property and production company that was founded in 2010 by Art Bauer and Dr. Paul C. Green. MLI creates, publishes, and distributes engaging video, eLearning, assessment tools, and written products that promote growth in the lives of people and organizations. It owns a catalog of 59 training videos, which are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and other languages. The various topic areas covered include: management and supervisory skills, performance coaching, behavior-based interviewing, communication strategies, harassment/respect, discrimination and legal issues, conflict management, sales, discipline, and performance appraisal training. Both Art Bauer and Dr. Paul C. Green bring a unique set of skills to creating learning media. Art has produced over 1,000 training videos, many of which have become best sellers. He is recognized as having a unique skill in developing scripts that pull together the emotions around an issue with “how to” behavioral content. He was the Founder of American Media Incorporated and grew it to be the largest in the video training industry with 132 full-time employees. His personal mission is to, “Find great ideas and communicate them.” Paul is an industrial-organizational psychologist with extensive experience as a trainer, consultant, and speaker. He was a pioneer in the development of the behavioral interviewing technique and was the Founder of Behavioral Technology, a 50 person training company dedicated to interviewer training. Paul has been the subject matter expert on 13 videos on employee selection, including More Than A Gut Feeling, which was described by Fortune Magazine as being one of 10 all-time best sellers in management training. Paul’s mission is to “Power MLI with Behavioral Science.”
