We are researchers, strategists and creatives with wide-ranging expertise in research, strategy, design, and creating content through audio-visual and print production, digital communication, strategic communications, social marketing, public relations and corporate social responsibility. Our team uses in-depth understanding of social issues, behaviour-change and human centered design (HCD) to create content, marketing, branding and strategies with clear and measurable results. Based in Lusaka, Zambia, we have worked with local and global clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors since 2008. Media 365 is a proudly Zambian and 100% female owned company.
