Amara (formerly Medecan), is a UK clinic, founded by a family, that connects people living with long-term conditions to specialist doctors who can prescribe medical cannabis when it's clinically appropriate. Every patient is assessed by a GMC-registered specialist and reviewed by our multidisciplinary team, and we're registered with the Care Quality Commission. Our name means everlasting, because we want the care we give to last. We're in it for the long run with every patient, with regular reviews and a team that's still there at month twelve and beyond.
