Mecsel Oy is a pioneering company of mobile-based payment solutions. Back in 1997, a Mecsel Smart unit enabled the purchase of a cold soft drink from a vending machine in Finland by means of calling to service number. We are proud to have been part of and had seen the birth of m-Commerce. The company's core product, Mecsel Smart, enables Vending Operators to perform online and offline Telemetry across their installed base. With the addtion of our own software application, Mecsel Smart is also capable of hosting closed-loop vending and access control as well as Mecsel's unique mobile-based payment solution. Nowadays, more than 7,000 Mecsel Smart units are actively involved in optimising and improving operators business models while serving consumers across Europe. Since its origins, Mecsel Oy has been very successful in Finland including the worlds top two bottlers of soft drinks and Europe's leading Coffee and Snacks Vending Operators.
