Mecom is a medium-sized company that deals with the construction of molds for the die-casting of non-ferrous alloys such as Aluminum, Brass, Zamak and molds for injection molding for various types of plastic materials. He is able to design and build molds alongside the customer also in the co-design to offer appropriate solutions to every need to obtain an excellent mold quality and therefore a good production efficiency. Mecom is today equipped for the construction of molds up to a maximum size for applications on presses of about 1000 tons. For all this it has internal resources currently composed of a "TEAM" of about 30 specialized technicians, machinery, tools and software constantly updated and in step with the times. Furthermore, the company is strongly oriented and structured in INDUSTRY 4.0 which, with a strongly digitalised organization and a constant automated production progress data collection, allows to have under control all the production processes of the various orders and therefore to be able to manage and respect the terms of delivery agreed with the customers.
