MECHANICAL DESIGNS, INC., established in August of 1985, is a progressive Arizona Corporation which has developed a solid reputation in providing mechanical and plumbing consulting engineering services for both regional and national clients. Our engineering capabilities are reflected by our successful completion of over 15 thousand projects since the beginning of operation. Mechanical Designs, Inc. consists of one CEO, two registered professional engineers, two project managers, three designers, two draftsman/junior designers and two administrative personnel. Each project is assigned a qualified Project Manager to serve as the client's representative and to supervise a team of professionals who have the technical expertise required for a specific project. The project team has full responsibility for the daily progress of all aspects of the project and guarantees effective coordination of the disciplines while maintaining strict cost and schedule controls. Services provided include: HVAC/Plumbing construction documents, Energy modeling, REVIT/3D design, LEED certification documentation and construction administration. Our firm carries full liability insurance and remains an active member of ASPE and ASHRAE Associations. Mechanical Designs Inc. is registered in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
