Mearicles is solving two connected problems in hearing health: patients avoid traditional hearing aids because of stigma and poor user experience, while clinics lose valuable time to unpaid troubleshooting. We are starting with Heard., a clinic-facing SaaS platform that triages common hearing aid issues, resolves non-clinical support requests through AI insights, and escalates clinical concerns with human oversight. That software gives us early revenue, an authoritative clinical distribution channel, and a real-world data loop identifying where today's devices fail. These insights de-risk our long-term hardware platform: a patent-pending hearing aid technology integrated into premium eyewear, designed to improve speech understanding in noise while giving patients a product they actually want to wear.
