Meadows Spa was founded in 1963. It is one of the oldest independently owned women's fitness club in New York. We are in our 50th year. Our upscale club will continue to be private, and exclusively for women of All Ages from 13 - over 90 years of age . Since our club opened its doors in 1963, we've wanted every customer to feel like they were a part of a family. Other clubs may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch. No Competiton Here!!!The club is Owner Managed. e have members, that have been with us for 20, 30 or 40 years and we want you to come, feel comfortable and GET RESULTS !
