Meadows Pharmacy is Niagara's oldest pharmacy. It was established in 1929 by J.W. "Bill" Meadows at the historic "Five corners". The pharmacy continued to operate at the Stamford Center until moving to the Stamford Green Plaza in 1958. J.M. "Jim" Pellow operated the business until Brian Pellow and Dennis Georgieff assumed ownership. A second location at the corner of Thorold Stone Road and Montrose was added in 1990. In November 2004, the Montrose store was relocated to the Mount Carmel Centre. This new location features an expanded selection of products and extended store hours. And we continue to grow with our new owners, Sean Simpson and Enrico Simone, having taken ownership of Meadows Pharmacy in April of 2015. Both Sean and Enrico are well respected pharmacists in the Niagara-on-the-Lake and St. Catharines regions respectfully, and inspiring leaders in the community. Meadows Pharmacy is part of the SimErgy Health Network.
