MDM Legal is a young and dynamic network of lawyers in association/partnership, currently coordinated by three senior lawyers – SPENCER DOHNER, CÁTIA BARATA MARTINS & VANDA MATOS – who together manage a group of two offices located at Lisbon and Faro, in the Algarve region. Holding an experience of 7 years in market, our services sponsor an extensive clientele of foreign nationals from more than 30 countries, from Kuwait to Singapore, Brazil to the United States. Being 50% of our clientele internationally originated, we have acquired particular skills in dealing with foreign investment and residence issues, developing, together with our partners, an array of services and proposals specifically tailored to meet our international clients needs, quality standards and expectations. Not only through our headquarter Lisbon office but also backed on our Faro/Algarve office field expertise in real estate and villa management, we are able and ready to deliver fully comprehensive investment solutions that bear in account not only the necessary legal support and advise but also a great range of services typically required by our customers in similar cases: house management, gardening, banking, household invoices and tax assistance being some of the most requested.
