MDA Contracts Ltd is a newly formed contract flooring company, specialising in carpet tiles/broadloom carpet, resilient flooring whether its LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) LVP (luxury vinyl plank) or sheet vinyl, MDA Contracts has the team that suits your needs. The Company maybe newly formed but we have years of experience! Working on projects from £10,000 and less to £50,000 up to £1m - £2m, in the UK and US. All projects are equally treated with the same respect and professionalism that you should come to expect from a contract flooring company. We work hand in hand with main contractors and trades to ensure each project is handled and dealt with in the best way possible, this enables us to hand over a snag free high-end product that keeps our customers coming back. Too us flooring is a big part of fit out, it brings each building from being an empty shell into a building that has personality and soul, a place that see's people live out their working lives. MDA Contracts also offers consultation on your flooring issues, this can include site surveys on past and present projects, offering our professional opinion on the causes of failing floors issuing detailed reports into any situation we may find, you can be sure that we will be fair and just in our surveys and reports. Research and development of new products. MDA Contracts has and is helping manufacturers develop new resins and magnetic backed LVT to work in the magnetic flooring industry, regularly dealing with UK/Chinese based carpet and LVT manufacturers we have helped bring the magnetic strength of tiles up to a standard where they can now be used in commercial settings. It doesn't stop there we also help develop and test paramagnetic resin-based flooring systems that works with magnetic LVT's to offer an adhesive free installation.
