Founded in 2005, MD In Your Home, P.C. provides medical management of acute and chronic illness, minor injury care, as well as preventive medicine and consultative services. Our services uniquely extend to the home or office and we've now added online "virtual" care to our list of services. In today's rapid paced society, it seems like time is always the one thing in short supply. We want to be sure you have the time you need to express your concerns and to review your treatment management plan; that's of paramount importance to us and why we don't sacrifice quality for the sake of expediency. We follow a direct pay model of care. This means we deal directly with you for service payment, not your insurer. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards for the services we provide. Our philosophy is simple; keep health care personal. To achieve that goal we've tried to break the boundaries created by the traditional office practice of today. We've also tried to shift our focus to you, our patients. When you eliminate many of the barriers to care, and create an environment of mutual trust and communication, wonderful things can be achieved.
