McVey Electronics was founded in 1981* as a service company specializing in Electronics equipment used in the music industry, This included everything from electronic keyboards and synthesizers to the studio recording equipment. In 1984 we started the TV and consumer electronics division. We acquired numerous factory authorizations to represent manufacturers for regional service. The work load soon caused us to have to relocate and automate our processes. McVey Electronics was one of the first service companies to fully computerize daily repair scheduling, parts, and progress tracking. Now our primary focus is the HDTV and computer markets. In contrast, we also provide antique radio repair services for both home broadcast/sw receivers and Ham radio equipment, which has always been a "labor of love" for the founder.
