Founded in 2006, McTear Contracts Ltd. is a family owned business located in North Lanarkshire. Majorly involved in social housing within Scotland - We carry out heating installations, electrical works, housing adaptations and upgrades alongside many other construction tasks. We carry out on average 110 installations and maintenance work all over Scotland and work in collaboration alongside 10+ local authorities. Additionally to our social housing department, we are now working upon new build, extensions and refurbishments within both the domestic and commercial sector with our new thriving building department which is employed and subject to expertise in this sector. Our ethos is to fully satisfy our clients and customers by carrying out works in the most efficient and viable way possible!
