WHAT INSPIRED US Growing up in small town Wisconsin, unhealthy diets were a way of life. Even within our immediate families we were impacted by diabetes, heart disease, and many other obesity related health illnesses. We knew there had to be a healthier way to enjoy life so we decided to educate ourselves on how we could make a difference. The answer: a Ketogenic Lifestyle. WHO IS THE #MCTFam? We met in college and shared a passion for balanced, healthy lifestyles coupled with fun and active social lives. After years of pursuing careers in our respective fields of medicine, tech and finance, we still found ourselves drawn to a ketogenic-friendly lifestyle. After trying several powders, oils and bars we discovered that MCT Oil gave us the energy boost we needed but hadn’t found it in a quick, enjoyable method.
