McLeod Properties is a family owned business. We bought their first rental property back in 1980. Our first house flip was in 1986. Since then we have flipped and managed property on the side. Since then we have built and remodeled many homes and even a hotel. We moved to the Tyler area in June of 2007. We bought our first house to flip here in the Tyler area September of that year. In the summer of 2008 we started purchasing rental properties. Since then we have continued to grow here in Tyler.
