MCL Contracting LLC Information

MCL Contracting is a woman owned and operated, DBE rebar installation subcontractor that was established with the customer in mind. I started managing a rebar sales business upon graduation from the University of North Texas a decade ago. I have been involved in the rebar industry ever since. I have been responsible for every aspect of running a rebar installation company, from payroll to project management, so I am very familiar with the needs of the industry. I have acquired a DBE Certification with the NCTRCA (Cert. No.: WFDB51484Y1212), to help my customers meet their participation requirements. Given the increase of these requirements over the last couple of years, I know every little bit helps. My goal is to provide full service rebar subcontracting without overbearing exclusions that slow down projects and cost the Contractor more money. If a job requires overtime, our bid will include it. My employees are paid at rates at or exceeding the wage rate determinations for every job we bid. I maintain insurances required for bidding the TxDOT, NTTA, DART, etc projects. I don't play games with my employees' wages or my company's insurances. Therefore my customers can be comfortable knowing that no unforeseen risks or liabilities will fall back to them. Any exclusions I do have in my quotes will be things that fall outside of the realm of normal rebar work, and I attempt to communicate these in a clear and concise manner. It is my desire to furnish a professional workforce to your company. MCL employees will show up on your jobsite with proper PPE and a set of plans, ready to work.
