McKee Properties is a full service real estate company compromised of three operating divisions: McKee Properties, McKee Commercial Real Estate, and McKee Private Capital. McKee Properties: McKee Property Management is our San Diego based residential property management and leasing company. We represent property owners throughout San Diego county, specializing in single family homes, condos, and apartments. McKee Commercial Real Estate: McKee Commercial is the San Diego commercial real estate asset / property management, leasing, and investment division of McKee Asset Management. We focus exclusively in specific San Diego County submarkets and niche property types including mid-sized retail, office, and apartment complexes. McKee Private Capital: We specialize in the acquisition, management and leasing of multi-family residential communities throughout California and the United States. Through this division we form and operate private investment partnerships comprised of individual investors who invest alongside us in these private offerings.
