McGee Consulting is a Business Consultancy that works with small to medium Creative Agencies and Professional Services companies. Initially we conduct a comprehensive review of the business, identify the profit gap, and highlight any issues and risks that relate to technology, people & processes. The review is then complete with a list of recommendations and an implementable action plan that can be addressed by using internal resources or by engaging me to assist with the implementation and project management.
