The McFadden Group team is the heart of the company with a skilled staff of accountants with business savvy know-how collaborating to ensure that clients get the highest level of service they deserve. Meet the partners in your financial ventures. With more than 25 years of professional accounting experience, Brenda is a strongly-rooted resident of Lawrence, KS. She joined the firm in 1993, became co-owner in 1995, and then established the firm as The McFadden Group in 1998. Brenda specializes in small business start-up and succession consulting, estate succession, litigation support, and business/individual tax planning and preparation. She has 2 degrees from the University of Kansas both a B.S in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration. Brenda is actively involved in several professional and local public service groups including: the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, The Shelter Inc., Junior Achievement of Douglas County, American Red Cross of Douglas County and the Lawrence Public Incentive Review Committee.
