McClelland Aviation Company was established in 1986 as a full service Fixed Base Operator providing fuel, maintenance, charter operations and flight training to the Springfield community. By 1996, McClelland Aviation had added "Aircraft Management" services to assist our corporate clients in setting up their own in-house flight departments. As the number of corporate aircraft based in Springfield grew, our company began providing both scheduling and professional pilot services to owners of new technologically advanced aircraft. During 2015, McClelland Aviation exited the aircraft charter and flight training business to focus solely on aircraft placed under our management program. Today McClelland schedules, crews, and supervises the maintenance of several piston, turbo-prop and jet aircraft based in Central Illinois.
