McCleary Engineering specializes in Geotechnical Engineering and related fields. McE's mission is to provide its clients with the highest quality service in a timely manner. Our recommendations are based on past, tried and true engineering practices as well as current, up to date engineering theory. We currently have representation on three Technical Review Panels with the Illinois Department of Transportation in the areas of INTEGRAL ABUTMENT DESIGN, PILE DESIGN and DRILLED SHAFTS IN SHALE. We have worked on numerous private, commercial, industrial and government funded projects, both large and small. We have worked on foundations for water towers, industrial buildings, residential structures, retaining walls, State and Local Government bridges, etc. We have written soil survey reports for urban streets, rural roadways, interstate interchanges, subdivision developments, industrial and commercial developments, etc. McE is pre-qualified with the Illinois Department of Transportation in the areas of SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATION, GENERAL GEOTECHNICAL AND STRUCTURE GEOTECHNICAL REPORTS. McE is based in Tonica, Illinois but currently travel throughout the Midwest and Southeast areas of the United States. Terry McCleary holds professional engineering licenses in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Georgia, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
