Our mission is empowering people, building community. We create unique, sustainable and affordable homes in an environment where community is nurtured. Community is not something we can build with 2x4’s and nails. Our goal is to build a place for people to interact with each other to create lifetime memories. A place where children own the streets, and you find more kids riding their bikes than busy commuters. A place for front porches, lemonade, fresh baked cookies and porch swings for moonlit talks. Its not that complicated; we build homes and communities where people come first.
