At McAlister Training, we’re all about approachable, effective, and fun fitness. We’re big on high energy, not high intimidation. We’re big on hustle, but bigger on heart. Most importantly, we love our clients like family. Our studio isn’t like other gyms in SLO. We specialize in group circuit training classes that welcome and challenge every body. Whether it’s your first or 500th workout, you’ll leave feeling accomplished — and sweaty. Our small-but-mighty studio offers everything you need to get in a great workout: an experienced team, versatile equipment, and a positive community. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all workout or the saying, "no pain, no gain.” Instead, we believe in tailoring workouts to meet our unique needs, high-fiving (a lot), and celebrating — not punishing — our bodies for all that they do.
