Crisálida é conhecida como um estágio da metamorfose das borboletas, é dentro dela - da Crisálida - que ocorre o processo de crescimento (de larva para borboleta). Com esse conceito, nossa missão é proporcionar ao cliente o crescimento, a evolução empresarial, o fortalecimento e também o nascimento de novos projetos, novas borboletas saindo de suas Crisálidas.

Motivated by the idea of making architecture a transforming and integrating agent, the architects Bernardo Richter, Fernando Caldeira de Lacerda, and Pedro Amin Tavares founded, in 2008, Arquea: an office that understands the act of designing as a great exercise of proximity and empathy. With the local culture, customers, builders, and the entire chain of people impacted by a project. Architecture as a transformation does not fit into a hermetic pattern. On the contrary, it requires sensitivity to the technical look, always adapted to each contextual particularity. Moreover, it needs to make sense to people, be an expression of their stories, and be thought of sustainably and harmoniously with its surroundings. That is why Arquea projects are closely linked to this belief, in which the search for essential permeates and impacts every creation detail as a thermometer for transformation. The office has a multiplicity of activities that do not happen by chance.
