Macao Beach Real Estate (MBRE) is the owner and master developer of Zabela Beach, a 200+ hectare coastal masterplan in Macao, on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic. Zabela Beach is conceived as a complete destination rather than a single product: oceanfront hotel parcels, residential macro-lots, villa enclaves, mixed-use land and a town center, anchored by a beach club, a sports club, golf and conserved green areas. Our work is to make land buildable — master planning, entitlements and environmental compliance, primary infrastructure and roadways, and the transaction structuring that brings hotel operators, brands and developers into the project. We also develop directly. Solea at Zabela Beach, our first residential development, is in the market and sets the product standard for the wider masterplan. We work on a long horizon and with institutional counterparts — hotel operators and brands, branded-residence developers, investors, and design, engineering and construction firms.
