Media-Saturn IT Services GmbH (MSITS) is a service provider for the Media-Saturn Group. It provides efficient and innovative IT solutions both nationally and internationally. Over 400 highly-motivated employees provide support for the retail brands at the foreign subsidiaries in 15 countries, the online sector and the Group’s central facilities in the form of professional IT services. The aim of MSITS is to ensure the consistently high quality of IT services – from the first customer idea through to the rollout of the fully developed and tested software – with seamlessly interwoven processes.

Als wir 1998 in Dresden als einer der ersten Apple-Online-Händler starteten, war das eine echte Pionierleistung. Danach entwickelte sich das E-Business rasant – und wir mit ihm. Wir sind stolz darauf, heute ein führendes E-Commerce-Unternehmen für IT und Unterhaltungselektronik mit den beiden Marken – Cyberport und Computeruniverse, aktuell 9 Stores, einem hochmodernen Logistikzentrum und einem IT-Systemhaus sowie rund 800 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zu sein.
