Seattle Coffee Works is a super-premium coffee roaster, located in downtown Seattle. The roastery specializes on socially and environmentally responsible single origin coffees from around the world. The cafe, a community space in the heart of the city, focuses on an expanding array of brewing methods and innovations in the coffee industry.

At Trophy, we believe every day should be a party — filled with colorful confetti, exquisite treats and happy surprises. We are confection creators, fun curators and magicians of mmmmm. And we pour our hearts into bringing you pure party perfection. Our cupcakes, macarons and pastries start with the finest ingredients, like European chocolate, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and local sweet cream butter. Then they’re made magical with hand-piped buttercream, rich French sprinkles and smile-making decorations. Each and every one is a mouthwatering masterpiece with a party hat on top! Trophy was founded in 2007 by dessert-lover Jennifer Shea and her husband Michael Williamson. Jennifer is a life-long baker and party-maker, winning accolades as early as age eight, in the form of 4-H blue ribbons for her grandma’s pumpkin roll. Her passion for perfecting dreamy, decadent desserts has made Trophy Seattle’s favorite boutique cupcake bakery.
