Company established by Marcin Bajda in 2011 specializing in business consulting, change management, strategy development and execution, running business projects on interim basis while providing coaching for executives and managers. Projects undertaken: - Change management in medium and large size companies - sales channels development and execution Go to Market Strategy - Succession (in particular in Poland, where first founders after 1989 are about to retire and handover their business' to first generation of professional managers or their relatives) - Establishing start-ups in Poland - Developing the strategies and efficiency programs based on the concept of virtual teams and top edge information technology. Marcin Bajda is running the projects wtih fellow interim managers or coaches based on scientifically proven methods. The concepts of Prof. Edgar Schein (Professor Emeritus of MIT Sloan School of Management) of process consultation and corporate culture, blue ocean strategy and touch point analyses are considered as base.
