MB-Entreprendre is an association of operational managers-investors focusing on midcap LBO operations in tandem with Private Equity Funds. MB-Entreprendre members are managing or have participated in LBOs such ALGECO, FRANCE-CHAMPIGNONS, G4S France, MAISONING, GIBAUD, RETIF, HEI-FONDIS-BIORITECH, OTIMA, BARAT, Boutique NATURE,... When not active as investing GMs in companies, members are usually consulting in general management, often pre or post ownership changes.
