Joe Spiekermann the new owner of Mazur's Bakery is the grandson of Frank Spiekermann, the founder of Spiekermann's Bakery, which was established in 1919. Joseph Spiekermann Sr., Joe's dad, made the bakery a "household name" in Hudson County, New Jersey as he continued the family business. Joe has expanded the business into one of the most successful bakeries in the metropolitan area.
